BRIDGEPORT, W.Va. – The Mountain East Conference Office has announced that tickets are now on sale for the MEC Basketball Tournament that runs March 2-6 at WesBanco Arena in Wheeling, West Virginia.
An
all-session pass for reserved seating is $85.50 while a general admission ticket for all sessions is $72. Student tickets for the MEC Tournament for all sessions is $45.
The tournament starts March 2 with the women's and men's first rounds games as the 7-10 seeds start the action. The women's games are 12:00/2:15 p.m. while the men's contests are 6:00/8:15 p.m. Wednesday.
All four women's quarterfinals are Thursday, March 3, and all men's quarterfinal action is Friday, March 4. The women's semifinals will be contested Saturday afternoon with the men on Saturday evening, March 5. The championship games are Sunday afternoon.
Thursday-Saturday will have tip times of 12 p.m. 2:15 p.m., 6 p.m. and 8:15 p.m. Sunday's championship games are at 2:00 p.m. and 5:00 p.m. with women going first.
Concord has three regular season games left as it plays hosts to Davis & Elkins Saturday afternoon before finishing with road games against West Virginia State and Glenville State.
