GREENSBURG, Pa. – The Concord University volleyball team dropped a pair of matches to Indiana (Pa.) and Seton Hill inside the McKenna Center Saturday afternoon in non-conference action.
The Mountain Lions are 2-3 on the season. IUP improves to 7-6 and Seton Hill gets back to .500 at 4-4.
Match 1: IUP 3- Concord 0 (25-15, 25-16, 25-9)

Junior middle hitter
Amber Hall recorded a team-best 10 kills in the match as she hit .500 for both matches on Saturday afternoon. Freshmen outside hitters
Gracie Brackney and
Hannah Steele each chipped in six kills.
Senior setter
Imani Rodgers had 13 assists while sophomore setter
Kristin Lough contributed 11 assists. Senior defensive specialist
Kelli Ellison racked up 21 digs.
Match 2: Seton Hill 3 – Concord 0 (25-16, 25-15, 25-21)
Set 1
The Mountain Lions stayed kill for kill with SHU as it took an 8-6 lead after back-to-back Griffin attack errors, but Seton Hill rattled off five straight points as Concord was unable to tie or take the lead for the remainder of the opening game.
Set 2
Concord once again had the early momentum as it built a 6-2 lead on two kills from Hall and an ace from Herron, but SHU came back to tie the score at 6-6 and took a 9-8 lead. Tied at 9-9 after an attack error, Seton Hill went on a 6-0 scoring run and eventually upped its lead to 20-12 before winning by 10 points.
Set 3
CU erased a 12-7 deficit and stormed back to get within 15-14 after three consecutive kills—two more from Hall and one from sophomore right side
Csayjah Whitelow—that capped a 7-3 spurt for the Maroon and Gray. But it was as close as the Mountain Lions would get as Seton Hill won the third game.
Match Stats
Hall finished the match with 15 of Concord's 26 kills. Rodgers added 14 assists.
