BECKLEY, W.Va. – The Concord University women's soccer team lost 4-0 Friday night to Charleston in a Mountain East Conference contest at the YMCA Cline Complex in Beckley, West Virginia.
The Golden Eagles (1-1) scored twice in the first half—5
th and 43
rd minutes—to grab a 2-0 lead at the intermission. UC added two goals less than three minutes apart in the second half for the final margin.
Concord (1-1) had more total shots, 10-7, than Charleston and more chances on goal, 7-6.

Yasmin Mosby accounted for four of the seven shots on goal for CU. Sophomore midfielder
Michelle Brogden, freshman forward
Alexis Hudson and junior defender
Leah Jensen had the other shots on goal.
Junior goalkeeper
Leah Marsh made two saves in the game.
The Mountain Lions close out a two-game home stand 2:00 p.m. March 12 against Glenville State.
