WEST LIBERTY, W.Va. – The Concord University women's soccer team held off West Liberty 1-0 Saturday in a Mountain East Conference game held at West Family Athletic Complex.
In the first half, both teams were held scoreless. However, CU outshot the Hilltoppers 16-1. Senior forward
Leah Foster had an opportunity that hit off the crossbar in the 15
th minute.

nd minute, junior midfielder
Michelle Brogden crossed a corner kick perfectly into the box where fifth-year midfielder
Yasmin Mosby headed it into the back of the net to put the Mountain Lions on top, 1-0. It is Mosby's 15
th goal of the season. Brogden was credited with her fifth assist of the season.
Senior goalkeeper
Leah Marsh only faced one shot on goal, which she saved in the 67
th minute. CU outshot WLU in the match, 25-3. Foster and Mosby each had four shots.
Concord will face Wheeling at the YMCA Cline Complex in Beckley, W. Va. Wednesday at 6:30 pm.
