RECORDS
Concord is 2-4-2 overall and 1-4-2 against conference opponents.

Meanwhile, Wheeling is 1-8 overall and 0-7 versus the MEC.

FINDING THE GOAL
Before dropping a contest to nationally-ranked Charleston on Wednesday, CU tied 3-3 with Urbana Sunday in a game that was played in Beckley, West Virginia. The three goals represented the most scored by Concord in a game this season. Freshman forward Matt Shelor assisted on all three Mountain Lion goals and became the second player this season—the other senior midfielder Courtney Skerritt at West Liberty—to have multiple assists in the same game. Against Urbana, senior midfielder Maxime Ramioulle scored his 15th career goal to move within one of the top five all-time at Concord.

A HELPING HAND
With the three assists against Urbana, Shelor is the second Concord player with multiple assists this season, joining Skerritt. The Pembroke, Virginia native also ranks in a tie for fourth in the MEC with his trio of assists. Last season, the Mountain Lions had three players collect two or more assists including four from Skerritt and two from sophomore defender Adrian Cabello.

LAST LINE OF DEFENSE
Junior goalkeeper Kyle Brown has stopped nine shots in each of the last two games, which is one off his single-game career high set against Salem last year. Brown's 52 saves this season are tied for first in the MEC with Urbana's Jakob Henriksen. The pair are the only two goalies in the conference with more than 50 saves. With nine stops versus Charleston, Brown now 180 saves for his career, second in program history.

COMEBACK KIDS
Concord rallied from a 2-0 deficit and 3-2 deficit to force overtime against Urbana before the two sides played to the draw. Last season at Wheeling, CU nearly overcame a 3-0 deficit. After the Cardinals scored three times in the first 17 minutes of the game, Concord trimmed the deficit to 3-1 before another WU goal. Down 4-1, the Mountain Lions scored the next two goals, including one form Ramioulle. However, Wheeling hung on for a 5-3 win. The second contest between the two schools in 2018 was a 1-0 win for the Cardinals.

WHEELING AT A GLANCE
After a season in 2018 that saw the Cardinals stay in the top 25 nationally for a brief time, Wheeling's lone win of this season came against Pitt-Johnstown in the second game of the year. Only West Liberty's four goals are fewer than the Cardinals' five this season among conference squads. Goalkeeper Josh Zimmerman is allowing nearly three goals per game (2.8).
