Mountain Lion Notes
Senior shortstop Alayna Furr scored her 100th run in the Maroon and Gray in game one against C-N.

Furr needs just one more run to move into the top 10 all-time for runs scored in Concord history.

Junior third baseman Alycea Watson's two-RBI performance against Carson-Newman marked the second consecutive year she drove in two runs against the Eagles.

Watson drove in two runs on March 9 against C-N last season, going 2-for-3 at the plate.

Sophomore outfielder/pitcher Abby Beatty's two RBI game was the sixth of her career.

Senior pitcher Allie Reid picked up her first victory in the circle against the Eagles since an NCAA Tournament victory vs. West Chester on May 9, 2015.

Reid picked up a complete game victory in game two against Carson-Newman.

The complete game was Reid's 28th of her career.

Freshmen pitchers Rachel Pritchard and Darby Fitzpatrick combined to defeat Carson-Newman in game one in their debut for Concord.

The freshmen scattered just five hits over seven innings as Pritchards earned the win in four innings of scoreless relief.

Freshman second baseman Jenna Witt finished 2-for-3 in game two against Carson-Newman for her first two career hits for CU.

Concord has not committed an error in two games this season.
