MOUNTAIN LION NOTES
With two more wins this season, the Mountain Lions would secure a second straight 20-win season.

It would be the first time since 1990-91 and 1991-92 that CU had consecutive 20-win seasons.

While no senior for Concord played all four years for the Mountain Lions, the 46 wins for CU over the last three years when Hopewell and Smith arrived on campus are the most over a three-year stretch since 2004-2007.

And the 38 wins since Reed and Wade transferred are the most since 1996-1998 when that group amassed 39.

Reed has made 93 three-pointers this season, tops in the conference and seventh nationally.

Reed can become the third player in Concord history and the first since Todd Keffer in 1991-1992 to make 100 three-pointers in a season with seven more makes from behind the arc.

The South Bend, Indiana has made at least one three-pointer in 29 of his last 30 games.

Junior guard Aaron Miller is continuing to climb the all-time list at CU for career made three-pointers.

Miller has 172 made triples and can pass Anthony Lansdowne for seventh with three more three-pointers.

In an 85-75 win over Notre Dame Saturday, the Mountain Lions outrebounded the Falcons 57-38 tying its largest rebounding margin of the season.

CU was also +19 on the glass versus Shepherd at home. Additionally, CU outrebounded Urbana 47-35.

The combined rebounding margin of +31 for the Mountain Lions is the second largest over a two-game stretch for Concord this season.

Against Shepherd (+19) and at West Virginia Wesleyan (+13) is the only other larger margin in a two-game stretch this season.

With the large gap in rebounding for the Mountain Lions recently, it vaulted CU up to second in the MEC in rebounding margin (+5.8).

Hopewell and Wade are one of two sets of teammates in the MEC to have 200 or more rebounds this season.

Notre Dame's Ja'Sean Lewis and Will Vorhees are the other set of teammates.

Hopewell has already surpassed last year's rebounding total of 218, collecting 258 this year.

Wade, meanwhile, needs 20 rebounds to total more rebounds than the 222 he had last year.

At 631 career rebounds, Hopewell needs 19 rebounds to become the 12th player in program history with at least 800 points and 650 or more rebounds  in a career.

CUdefeated Charleston 69-66 at the Carter Center Nov. 23 on a three-pointer by Reed with one second left in the game.

The basket completed an 11-point comeback with less than seven minutes left in the game.

After a three-pointer by UC's Tino DiTrapano at the 6:49 mark put Charleston up 63-52, from there, here's how CU came back on the Golden Eagles.
