Live StatsATHENS, W.Va. – Boasting the nation's second-longest current winning streak at 13 games, the Concord University softball team will finish out a six-game homestand 12:00 p.m. Sunday versus Urbana and 12:00 p.m. Monday against Notre Dame at the CU Softball Complex.

RECORDS• Concord is just one of two undefeated teams in the Mountain East Conference along with Wheeling Jesuit at 6-0. CU has an overall record of 18-8.
• Urbana is 7-12 overall and 2-2 in the MEC standings.
• Notre Dame is tied in the league standings with UU and is 5-13 overall.
THE COACHES• Concord's
Alisa Tasler is 89-91 in four seasons as head coach.
• Danielle Lowe is in her fifth season at Urbana and is 94-102.
• NDC's Amy Kyler is in her seventh year at the school and has compiled a mark of 150-124.
MOUNTAIN LION NOTES• In winning 13 games in a row, the Mountain Lions have done so in convincing fashion by outscoring their opponents 101-16.
• During the streak, Concord has won seven games by mercy rule (at least an eight-run lead after five innings) with just three of the wins coming by three runs or less.
• Sophomore shortstop
Alayna Furr has had at least one hit in all 13 games as she carries a season-long 16 game hitting streak into the match-ups this weekend.
• Sophomore outfielder
Lauren Lewis has seen her average during the winning streak rocket up from .189 to .329 and has two home runs and 10 RBI in that stretch.
• Senior pitcher / first baseman
Lacey McDougall has been the catalyst for Concord in the circle in recent games as she has given up just one earned run in her last 34 innings while striking out 28 batters.
• At the plate, the Chesapeake, Virginia native has two home runs and 21 RBI in her last 15 games as she has raised her average from .289 to .395.
• Junior catcher
Alyssa Morris will enter the games this weekend with a streak of six straight games with an RBI.
• Morris is the team leader in home runs (seven) and RBI (25) while her .408 batting average is second on the team behind Furr's .474 effort at the plate.
• Over her last seven games, junior pitcher
Allie Reid has started to heat up at the plate as she has three multi-hit games over that stretch while also recording eight RBI in her last seven contests.
• The next time senior outfielder
Jessica Seymour crosses the plate it will be so for the 104
th time in her career which would move her into fourth on the all-time runs scored list at Concord.
• With two more home runs, McDougall can tie Ashley Jackson and Crystal Kestner for second on the all-time home runs list (18).
• Concord is second in the MEC in team batting average (.335).
• Furr is second in the league in batting average behind only West Virginia Wesleyan's Brooklyn Waddell, and ranks fourth in hits (27).
• McDougall (31) and Morris (30) are second and third in the MEC in hits.
SCOUTING URBANA• The Blue Knights won their last games over West Liberty after dropping six straight contests.
• UU's Katelyn Edwards is the top hitter, sporting an average of .344 with two home runs and 17 RBI.
• Sierra Fent has put together a record of 3-1 with an ERA of 2.76 in the circle for Urbana.
SCOUTING NOTRE DAME• NDC has out of the league's best hitter in Kelsey Coleman who has an average of .474 with seven home runs and 16 RBI.
• Notre Dame defeated Concord both times the teams met last year to own a 2-0 series advantage on the Mountain Lions.
