Mountain Lion Notes• Concord has started the season 0-2 after dropping contests to Fayetteville State and Shaw at the CIAA-MEC Challenge in Fayetteville, North Carolina. Bluefield State enters the matchup with an 0-1 record after falling on the road at Bellarmine University on Sunday.Â
• Sophomore guard/forward
Danielle Catron put up a career-high in points versus Fayetteville State last week
• Catron had 17 points in the game, in addition to nine points against Shaw.Â
• Catron has already accumulated 26 points on the year, which puts her on pace to eclipse her scoring output of 126 points last season by the 10
th game of this year.
• Catron is also shooting 47.8 percent from the field.  Â
• Senior forward
Kylie Molisee has already garnered one double-double this season versus Shaw with a 10-point, 12-rebound effort.
• This is Molisee's fifth career double-double for the Mountain Lions, most among active players.
• Freshman guard
Emily Boothe also scored in double figures against Shaw, scoring 10 points and adding an assist and two rebounds.Â
• Boothe has been efficient in her scoring so far this season, shooting 50 percent from both the field and beyond the arc.Â
• Boothe and Catron have combined to shoot 8 for 14 from three-point range (57.1 percent)
• In two career games against Bluefield State, junior center
Alley Odell is averaging 8.5 points per game. Last year she recorded ten points, two assists, and four rebounds in Concord's 70-55 loss on the road.Â

Scouting Bluefield State• Chaunte McDowell recorded 14 points for Bluefield State at Bellarmine in the opening game of the season for the Lady Blues.Â
• The Lady Blues are coming off of a 21-7 season in 2014-15.Â
