SOUTH EUCLID, Ohio- The Concord University men's soccer team lost 4-0 on the road at Notre Dame Wednesday in a Mountain East Conference matchup.
Notre Dame scored their first goal in the eight minute courtesy of Leonardo Paiva. The Falcons would add two goals later on in the first half and the fourth in the 62
nd minute to finish the scoring for the day. Paiva recorded three of the NDC goals on the afternoon.
The Falcons outshot the Mountain Lions 20-1, and held the advantage in corner kicks 6-1.Senior goalkeeper
Mitchell Thompson made six saves on the day for Concord after coming into the game in the 39th minute. Sophomore midfielder
Alex Rhodes had Concord's lone shot on goal.Â
Concord will conclude the 2015 season on Friday when they travel to Bluefield College for a matchup at the East River Soccer Complex. Kickoff is slated for 7 p.m.    Â
