Records
After going 2-3 in their last five games, the Mountain Lions' record sits at 10-7 overall and 6-7 in the West Virginia Intercollegiate Athletic Conference with nine games remaining in the regular season.
• West Virginia Wesleyan comes into the Carter Center having lost five straight games to drop its record to 8-10 overall and 5-9 in the WVIAC.
Series
The Bobcats have won five consecutive games over Concord to even up the series at 15-15 since the 1993-94 season.
• Senior Gentry Shrewbury scored 17 points, but it wasn't quite enough in WV Wesleyan's 86-72 win over CU earlier this season.
Scouting Concord
• Freshman
Cam Shannon has made 20 consecutive foul shots since being inserted into the starting lineup four games ago.
• Concord has seen a vast improvement in its free throw shooting the last four games, making 60-of-76 (78.9 percent) foul shots. Prior to that streak, Concord was shooting just 67.8 percent (243-for-358).
• Senior
Damien Tunstalle broke out of a mini scoring-slump when he made five three-pointers on his way to a 20-point night against Wheeling Jesuit.
• Tunstalle, the WVIAC's 14th leading scorer, is 164 points away from finishing his college career with 1,000 points. Including Concord's one guaranteed postseason contest, Tunstalle needs to average 16.4 points per game through the end of the year to reach the 1,000-point plateau.
• Sophomore
Mike Boyd had eight assists at Wheeling Jesuit, just one shy of matching his season-high of nine.
• Boyd is currently averaging 4.2 assists per game, the most for a Concord player since Tyrone Anderson averaged 5.2 assists per night during the 2006-07 season.
• Sophomore
Jordan Davis continues to be one of the most efficient scorers in the WVIAC this season. Davis, who is shooting 60.9 percent from the field, is averaging 8.4 ppg off of just 5.7 shots per contest.
• Davis, Concord's leading rebounder, is 12-for-15 from the field in the last three games.
Scouting West Virginia Wesleyan
West Virginia Wesleyan's Kelsey Williams is making a strong case for WVIAC Player of the Year honors. Williams is second in the WVIAC in scoring (20.8 ppg), first in rebounding (10.1 rpg) and second in blocked shots 1.8 bpg).
Noah Cottrill (14.4 ppg) and TJ Thompson (12.0 ppg) are the Bobcats' second and third leading scorers. Ray Warren drives the offense with a team-best 5.2 assists per game.
The Coaches

Patrick Beilein his first season as West Virginia Wesleyan's head coach. Before taking the Bobcats' job, Beilein was the director of basketball operations at Bradley in 2011-12.
