CARNETT 'AOTW' AGAIN, AND MORE

This is a nice habit to get into.

 

Concord's Shawnee Carnett has won her third consecutive WVIAC Track & Field Athlete of the Week award.

It's the fifth such honor this year for Carnett, who won two AOTW awards during Concord's indoor season.
