Neff was named the Mountain East Conference Pitcher of the Week as well as voted to a spot on the All-MEC Tournament Team. For the season, Neff finished with a record of 12-2, tying the conference single-season wins record, while recording 95 stirkeouts in 87.2 innings. Neff sported an ERA of 4.41 and held batters to a .264 average.
