Neff tossed seven innings in his win over Frostburg State Saturday afternoon. Neff was called into the game after CU's starter was unable to get an out in the first inning. He struck out six over the next seven innings while scattering seven hits and allowing two earned runs. Neff improved to 3-1 on the season.
