Fitzwater was named to the All-Mountain East Conference First Team. The Glenville, West Virginia native finished the season by averaging 20.6 points per game, 12.2 rebounds per game and 4.5 blocks per game while shooting 68.1 percent from the floor. Fitzwater posted three 30-point games during the 2021 season and had 14 double-doubles.
