Ratcliff tied her carer high with 18 points on 8-for-11 shooting as Concord defeated Davis & Elkins 74-54 Saturday to extend its home winning streak to 16 games. Ratcliff buried two three pointers in the contest and handed out four assists in addition to her 18 points.
