Kari Simon scored the game-winning goal in overtime vs. Shepherd to give Concord its first win of the season. In addition to her late-game scoring heroics, Simon also assisted on CU’s first goal of the game, scored by Alyanna James that made overtime possible. For the week, Simon finished with one goal, one assist and five shots, three of which were on goal.
