Prather finished as the runner-up at High Point's Winter VertCross Invite with an 8,000-meter time of 25:30. Prather was the first Division II finisher in the race. Prather's 8,000-meter time is the fourth fastest in program history regardless of course, and is the fastest time run at a meet that wasn't contested at Lehigh's Paul Short Run course.
