Pearce has been named to the All-Mountain East Conference Teams all of his three previous years at Concord. Pearce was the All-MEC First Team return specialist in 2017, then earned All-MEC Honorable Mention as a wide receiver in 2018 and 2019. Pearce is Concord's all-time leader in kickoff yards with 1,560. As a receiver, he has 139 receptions for over 1,500 yards and 12 touchdowns.
