Neff was named to the CoSIDA Academic All-District for the first time in his career on May 14. The Fredericksburg, Virginia native was a Summa Cum Laude graduate of Concord as he finished his college career with a 3.97 GPA. On the field, Neff was a two-time All-Mountain East Conference performer as he was named to the All-MEC Second Team in 2017 and was All-MEC Honorable Mention in 2019. Neff drew 95 career walks which ranks fifth in program history while sporting a .332 career batting average.
