Late last week, Brady sat down in the Senior Spotlight to talk about his cross country and track career at Concord. The Sutton, West Virginia native has personal-best time of 16:46 in the 5,000-meter run and 35:12 in the 10,000-meter run in his career. Addtionally, he has run 10:28 in the 3,000-meter steeplechase.
