Weitzel clocked a time of 30:11 in the 10,000-meter run at the Raleigh Relays on Friday night. Weitzel finished 12th in the event as he broke the school record and also hit the NCAA Division II Provisional Qualifying time in the event. The Athens, West Virginia native currently ranks ninth nationally in the 10,000-meters.
