Lugo finished as the runner-up at the Pipestem Collegiate September 15-16. She shot a two-day total of 159 with rounds of 79 and 80. Included on Lugo's card were a pair of birdies. She birded the par-4 16th hole during the first round and added a red number on the par-4 12th hole in the second round. Additionally, Lugo helped the Mountain Lions secure a team win at the event.
