Nicholson tossed Concord's first ever no-hitter in program history at Salem Saturday afternoon. She tied her career high with eight strikeouts as she needed just 93 pitches to record 21 outs. The Newton, West Virginia native capped her no-hitter by striking out the side in the seventh as she authored the second no-hitter of the year in the Mountain East Conference. For the week overall, Nicholson was 2-0 in the circle over 15.2 innings. She allowed eight hits and four earned runs over her three appearances, and evened her season record to 6-6.
