• Top-20 finishes in the shot put and weight throw at Lynchburg
2022-23
• Competed in ten meets between indoor and outdoor seasons
• Top 10 in the shot put and discus at the Concord Invite to close the season
• Threw a personal-record distance of 22.75 meters in the discus at Charleston to finish 10th
• Best weight throw during the indoor season came at the JDL Fast Track (9.22 meters)
• Career-best shot put distance of 9.84 meters during the indoor campaign at Finn Pincus Invite
