Kiana Brown begins her first year as a graduate assistant on Luke Duffy's women's soccer staff at Concord.
Brown is no stranger for the program in Athens after playing from 2013-16 as a defender for the Mountain Lions. The Chesapeake Beach, Maryland native appeared in 61 games with 42 starts over her four-year career at Concord. As a central defender for CU, Brown assisted on two goals during her playing days and was apart of 15 shutouts on the defensive end including five during the 2015 campaign.
Brown graduated with her undergraduate degree in education from Concord in the spring of 2017.
She spent the 2017-18 academic year as the GRIP coordinator graduate assistant for the athletic department while also working part time with the women's soccer program at CU.
