Alycea Watson enters her first season as an assistant coach on the Concord softball staff in 2018-2019.

The New Castle, Delaware native is just a year removed from her playing days in the Maroon and Gray of CU. Watson was a four-year starter at third base in which she was a part of 113 wins from 2015-18. Additionally, Watson was on the Concord team that made the program's first NCAA Tournament in 2015.

One of five players in program history to appear in at least 200 games, Watson batted nearly .250 during her playing career and drove in 71 runs while collecting 123 hits and 23 doubles.
