2025-26
• Qualified for the 3,000-meter steeplechase and the 10,000-meter run at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships
• Scored points in both with a fifth-place finish in the steeplechase and an eighth-place showing in the 10,000-meters
• Set the school record in the outdoor mile with a time of 4:19.46 at the Mikey Cox Distance Classic
• Career-best time of 32:27.63 in the 10,000-meters at the MEC Outdoor Championships
• Put together two personal-record performances at the Dr. Jack Toms Invite at Lynchburg: steeplechase (9:50.82) and 5,000-meters (15:12.39)
• Qualified for the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters at the MEC Indoor Championships
• Was also part of CU's distance medley relay team that placed seventh at the MEC Indoor Championships

2024-25
• Competed in 12 meets throughout the indoor and outdoor seasons
• Ran career-best 1:59.05 in the 800-meters at the VertKlasse Meeting hosted by High Point during outdoor season
• Placed fourth in the 800-meters at the Concord Invite
• Best 1,500-meter time of freshman came at Lynchburg (4:11.28)
• Clocked 9:16.68 for the 3,000-meters at Roanoke College in mid-February
