• First Team All-American in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing sixth at the NCAA Division II National Championships
• Also qualified for the 5,000-meter run at the NCAA Division II National Championships, finishing 16th
• USTFCCCA Atlantic Region Athlete of the Year for outdoor season
• Led region in three events (1,500-meters, 5,000-meters, steeplechase)
• All-Atlantic Region in five events between indoor and outdoor seasons
• MEC Championship in four events over two seasons
• Fourth-fastest Division II time for 2023 in steeplechase at Flames Invite (8:47.98)
• Broke school record in the 1,500-meters at High Point (3:49.13)
• Set program mark in 5,000-meters at Raleigh Relays (13:57.87)
• Eclipsed indoor 3,000-meter program record at Boston Last Chance Meet (8:03.49)
• Ran 8:07.09 in 3,000-meters at Grad Valley State

2021-22
• Second Team All-American in the 3,000-meter steeplechase, placing 10th at the NCAA Division II National Championship
• Also qualified for the 5,000-meters at the national meet
• Mountain East Conference Track Athlete of the Year, sweeping the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters at the MEC Outdoor Championships
• USTFCCCA Atlantic Region Athlete of the Year for the outdoor campaign
• All-Atlantic Region during the indoor and outdoor seasons
• All-MEC First Team in the 3,000-meters during the indoor season and All-MEC Second Team in the distance medley relay and 5,000-meters
• Broke outdoor school record in the 5,000-meters at Lee University with a time of 14:06.84
• Ran 29:36.50 in the 10,000-meters at Raleigh Relays
• Won the steeplechase at Charleston in a time of 9:04.80
• Best steeplechase time of the year came at High Point, clocking 8:54.09 and winning

2021 (Outdoor)
• Second Team All-American in 3,000-meter steeplechase, finishing ninth in Division II with a time of 9:14.19
• Mountain East Conference Champion and All-Atlantic Region in steeplechase
• All-Atlantic Region in 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs
• All-MEC Honorable Mention in 5,000-meter and 10,000-meter runs after two third-place finishes
• CoSIDA Academic All-District
• Posted career-best time of 8:52.74 in the steeplechase at Lee University
• Fastest career 5,000-meter time came at Flames Invite with a showing of 14:19.28
• Recorded personal-record time of 30:27.53 in the 10,000-meters at Raleigh Relays

2019-20 (Indoor Only)
• Qualified for the Mountain East Conference Championships in the 3,000-meter and 5,000-meter runs
• Posted a personal-record time of 8:42.78 in the 3,000-meters to score points with an seventh-place finished
• Added an eighth-place finish in the 5,000-meters
• Clocked 15:23.97 in the 5,000-meters at VMI to notch a fourth-place finish

2019
• All-Mountain East Conference Honorable Mention in the 3,000-meter steeplechase and 10,000-meter run
• Also qualified for the 5,000-meter run at the MEC Championships, finishing top five in all three events
• Ran personal-record times in the steeplechase (9:44) and 10,000-meters (32:54) at the MEC Championships
• Career-best 5,000-meter time of 15:45 at the Coastal Carolina Invite, finishing fourth
• Won the 3,000-meter run at the Concord Invite in a career-best time of 9:08
• Fastest mile time as a freshman was 4:39 at the Finn Pincus Invite
