• Ran the triple of the 3,000-meter steeplechase, 5,000-meters and 10,000-meters at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships
• Finished fourth in both the steeplechase and 10,000-meters

• Was fifth in both the steeplechase and 10K, clocking a career-best time of 9:34.03 in the steeplechase
• Qualified in two individuals events at the MEC Indoor Championships
• Fastest career 5,000-meter time came at the indoor championships (14:56.65)
• Was on Concord's sixth-place distance medley relay at the MEC Indoor Championships
• Won the 1,500-meter run in a career-best time of 4:02.92 at Lynchburg
• Top-10 finisher at Charlotte in the 10K (career-best time of 31:16.48)

2023-24
• Qualified for the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championships in the 5,000-meters
• Scored points in the event by finishing eighth
• Made the final field in the 5,000-meters at the conference meet by clocking a career-best time of 15:18.14 at the Mountaineer Twilight late in the season
• Won the 10,000-meters at Lynchburg with a time of 33:04.33
• Top-10 finish of ninth in the 3,000-meters at Marshall with a personal-record time of 8:43.28
• Won heat of 5,000-meters at Grand Valley State with a time of 15:30.48 to open indoor season
