2013: Competed in all five races... ran personal best time in the 8K at the Greensboro XC Invitational with a time of 28:01 with a 15th place finish... finished 21st at the MEC Championship with a time of 28:34... ran personal best cross country 10K time of 34:38 at the NCAA Atlance Regional Championship
2012: Competed in seven races... finished in the top-15 three times... placed sixth at the Universit of Charleston Golden Eagle Invitational...finished 11th at the Hagan Stone Classic in Greensboro, N.C... ran season best 8K time of 28:29 at the Concord Invitational... also finished 8th at the Concord Invitational... placed 31st at the WVIAC Championships.
High School: Lettered in cross country and track at Giles High School...earned All-Conference (7x), All-Region (6x), and All-State (2x).
