2013: Ran personal best 6K time of 21:13 at the Virginia Tech Invite to open season... ran season best 5K time of 17:22 at the Coastal Carolina Invitational... ran personal best 8K en route of 27:48 to 10th place finish at the Greensboro XC Invitational... finished 31st at the MEC Championship with a time of 29:39... ran personal best 10K time of 36:10 at the NCAA  Atlantic Regional Championship

2012:  Competed in three races... finished 20th at the Concord Invitational... ran personal best 8K time of 30:37 at the Concord Invitational... finished 56th at the WVIAC Championships.

High School:  Graduated from Sherman High School...participated in track and cross country...named second team All-Conference in cross country...Conference Champion 800m for track...Conference runner-up 1600m in track...All-State fifth place 4x800 for track.
