2013:  Finised 20th at the Coastal Carolina Invitational with a season best 5K time of 17:04... ran season best 8K time of 29:01 at the Greensboro XC Invitational... finished 33rd at the MEC Championship with a time of 29:50... ran personal best 10K time of 35:18 at the NCAA Atlantic Regional Championship


2012: Competed in six races... had three top-10 finishes... was ninth at the Hagan Stone Classic in Greensboro, N.C and Concord Invitational... finished fifth at the University of Charleston Golden Eagle Invitational... ran personal best 8K time of 28:45 at the Hagan Stone Invitational.

High School:  Lettered in cross country and track two years at Winfield High School...named All-Region (2012) in cross country...named All-State in the 4x800 in cross country (2011)...Regional Champion in the 4x800 (2012).
