Coach Sosebee comes to Concord for the 2024 season from the University of Hawaii were he served as a graduate assistant to the offensive line coach. 

Before Hawaii, he was the assistant offensive line coach for Division II Limestone University in 2022. Producing All-Conference offensive lineman JJ Martin and helping Limestone to an 8-4 record and playoff birth. He helped coach the seventh-ranked offense in the nation in 2022 and the best offense in the South Atlantic Conference. From 2019-2022, Coach Sosebee spent three years coaching the offensive line coach and run game coordinator at Orange Lutheran High School in Orange, California, where he produced at least one Division I offensive lineman each season. 

Coach Sosebee, formerly known as Boomer, started three different years and three different positions for the University of Washington from 2014-2018. His recruiting class became the winningest class in UW history. During his playing career at UW, they managed three New Year's six bowls, two Pac-12 Championships, and one college football playoff appearance. 

Boomer had a brief stint with the Seattle Seahawks as a UDFA rookie, during which he went through the Seahawks Mini camp.
