Cade Cradlebaugh was hired by Concord head football coach Cade Cradlebaugh in January 2024.

He will be coaching the Concord running backs after a playing career that wrapped up in the fall of 2023. 

Cradlebaugh started his collegiate career at Chowan as a quarterback before transferring to the University of Pikeville in Kentucky. He played in four games at Chowan in 2021. At Pikeville, Cradlebaugh moved to tight end for the 2022 and 2023 seasons. Cradlebaugh is a native of Germantown, Ohio.
