Brady Nix begins his first season at Concord as the defensive line coach during the 2024 season.
A former player at Oklahoma State and US Army veteran, Nix served as a long snapper for Oklahoma State before enlisting in the United States Army in 2009.
In 2010, Brady was deployed to Afghanistan’s Kunar Province, a region known for its rugged terrain and intense combat activity. During his 12-month deployment, he was responsible for the health and well-being of his fellow soldiers, often working under the most demanding conditions. Whether stabilizing injuries in the field, providing emergency medical care under fire, or offering support and reassurance to his comrades, Nix exemplified the bravery and dedication of a combat medic.
Following his honorable discharge from the U.S. Army's 10th Mountain Division, Nix transitioned into a new chapter of his life, one that combined his love for adventure with his leadership experience. He began leading expeditions to some of the world’s most challenging and awe-inspiring locations. His background as an athlete and soldier made him uniquely suited to guide others through demanding environments.
Nix was a guide for expedition to Mount Kilimanjaro in Africa and Israel just to name a few.
