• Ran in three events at the Mountain East Conference Outdoor Championship, placing sixth in the 800-meter run
• Competed in four events at the MEC Indoor Championship
• Runner-up and All-MEC Second Team in the distance medlay relay during the indoor campaign
• Won the 800-meter run at the Concord Invite (outdoor) in a career-best time of 2:18.09
• Clocked 19:23 for 5,000-meters (outdoor) at Lynchburg College
• Runner-up in the 3,000-meter run to open outdoor season at Myrtle Beach

• All-Mountain East Conference Second Team in in indoor mile

• Set indoor 3,000-meter school record at Liberty Open (10:21.07)
• Started season by setting indoor program record for the 5,000-meters at Grand Valley State (17:38.65)

• Added top finishes in the 3,000-meters and 5,000-meters at conference indoor meet

• All-Mountain East Conference Honorable Mention in the 1,500-meter run

• Ran a time of 5:01.40 in the 1,500-meters at the MEC Championships to finish third
• Broke the eight-year old program record in the 10,000-meter run by clocking 38:54.69 at High Point
• Also set the program mark in the 5,00-meter run at Charleston with a time of 18:18.88
• Finished fourth in the 10,000-meters at the MEC Championships
• Clocked a career-best time of 4:54.51 in the 1,500-meter run at Lynchburg College to open the season
2019-20 (Indoor Only)
• All-Mountain East Conference Second Team in the mile run with a time of 5:19.08
• Finished fifth in the 5,000-meter run at the MEC Championship with a personal-record time of 19:00
• Ran 19:22 in 5,000-meters at VMI Winter Relays to qualify for MEC Championships
• Clocked personal-record time of 11:14.34 in the 3,000-meter run at the Roanoke Challenge
