2019
• Qualified for the Mountain East Conference Championships in 400-meter hurdles and long jump as well as the 4x100-meter and 4x400-meter relays
• Placed fourth in the 400-meter hurdles with a time fo 55.29 seconds
• Was 11th in the long jump
• Won a trio of events in the 200-meter and 400-meter dashes as well as the long jump at the Concord Invite
• Set personal-record times of 23.07 seconds and 50.61 seconds in the 200-meters and 400-meters
• Finished seventh in the 400-meters at the Coastal Carolina Invite
• Was second in the 400-meter hurdles at the Jasmine Claggett Invite
• Ran career-best time of 1:10.90 in the 500-meter dash at Roanoke College
2018
• Did not compete, redshirted
2017
• MEC Champion in the 400-meter hurdles
• Also Second Team All-MEC in the 4x400-meter relay
• Helped break school record in teh 4x400-meter relay at the Penn Relays
• Career-best time in the 400-meter dash at the 49er Classic (50.84 seconds)
2016
• Competed in the decathlon at the MEC Championship, finishing eighth
• Do-it-all who competes in several field events as well track events from the 60-meter dash up to the 1,500-meter run
• Won the 400-meter dash in the decathlon at the MEC Championships
• Season-best time of 50.96 seconds in the 400-meter dash at the Jasmine Claggett Classic
• Career-best time of 4:47.82 in the 1,500-meter run during the decathlon at the MEC Championships
