2013-14 (Indoor): Ran an indoor-best time of 1:58.71 in the 800-meter run at the Division II Challenge ... finished fifth in the 800-meters at the Division II Challenge... was part of the 4x400-meter relay team that finished eighth at the D-II Challenge with a time of 3:31.05 ... ran a personal-best time of  in 1,000-meter run at the the Marietta College Open with a time of 2:46.90 ... also finished sixth in the 1,000-meters at Marietta ... was on the second-place distance medley at the Marietta College Open with his team clocking a time of 11:11.99

2012-13 (Outdoor): Placed fourth in the 800-meter run at the WVIAC Championships with a time of 1:58.34 … also helped the Concord 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place showing at the conference championships … completed the 1,500-meter run in 4:20.78 at the Bobcat Invitational to place third … turned in a pair of top-20 finishes at the North Carolina A&T Aggie Invitational by placing 17th in the javelin (32.77 meters) and 19th in the 800-meters (2:00.14) … clocked a time of 4:16.01 in the 1,500-meters at the Duke Invitational to finish 19th overall … led CU’s 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place showing at the High Point University Invite.

2012-13 (Indoor): Began CU track career by placing 11th in the 400-meters (55.13 seconds) and helping the Mountain Lions’ 4x400-meter relay team to a fifth-place finish (3:58.44) at the Marietta First Glimpse Meet … came in 18th at the Liberty Open (2:52.73) and in 15th as a member of the 4x400-meter relay team … ended indoor season with back-to-back 30th place finishes at the NCAA D-II Team Challenge (2:03.48) and at the Virginia Tech Challenge (2:03.70).

High School: Graduated from Sherman High School...participated in track and cross country...named second team All-Conference in cross country...Conference Champion 800m for track...Conference runner-up 1600m in track...All-State fifth place 4x800 for track.
