FULL SERVICE
CU used a season-high 11 service aces Thursday night in a 3-1 win over Davis & Elkins. Sophomore setter Paige Richmond led the way with three aces followed by sophomore outside hitter Chloe Thompson, freshman setter Rylee Wise, and sophomore outside hitter Meg Williams with two each. The 11 aces are tied for the most in a single game since 2022. Last season, Concord recorded 11 aces against Glenville State in a 3-0 win at the Carter Center. Richmond set her career high in that game, serving eight aces against the Pioneers in just three sets.

SET 'EM UP
Heading into Tuesday, Richmond is also chasing a career milestone in her sophomore campaign. Through 50 career matches played, she has racked up 973 assists, placing her 10th in program history. She is 27 assists away from becoming the 10th all-time player to reach 1,000 career assists in the Maroon and Gray. The Martinsburg, W.Va. native ranks 10th in the MEC in assists per set (5.38) this fall and was two assists shy of her career-high mark with 34 against Pikeville September 21. She logged 602 assists in her freshman season and currently has 371 in her sophomore campaign.
