ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University softball team has made changes to its weekend schedule.
Concord was scheduled to travel to Davis & Elkins and West Virginia Wesleyan Saturday and Sunday. However, the games will now be played at the CU Softball Field. Saturday's doubleheader versus Davis & Elkins will begin at 1:00 p.m., and Sunday's twinbill versus West Virginia Wesleyan will also start at 1:00 p.m.
Later in the season, the Mountain Lions travel to Davis & Elkins and West Virginia Wesleyan to conclude the spring slate April 28 and 29—completing the schedule flip with D&E and WVWC.
Concord has a record of 9-16 this spring. A complete preview will available Friday of the four games.Â
