MOUNTAIN LION NOTES
Earlier this season, senior middle hitter Brooke Heck went over 1,000 kills and now has 1,069 kills in her career as she moved past Desiree Deck for fourth all-time on the Concord kills list during the Concord Classic.

Heck was named to the Concord Classic All-Tournament Team for a second straight year after recording 36 kills, 14 blocks and a hitting percentage of .275 in four matches last week.

Senior outside hitter Alexi Pranckus is also closing in on 1,000 kills for her career. Pranckus leads the Mountain Lions with 114 kills this season and stands just 118 kills way from the 1,000.

Speaking of going over 1,000, junior setter Jenna Mounts topped 1,000 assists during the Concord Classic as she passed Amanda Walker and Lauren Addington for eighth and ninth on the all-time assists at CU. The Houston, Ohio native has 1,019 assists in her career.

In matches against WVU Tech and King to close the Concord Classic, the Mountain Lions recorded 13 total blocks in each match which was the most for CU going back to October 13, 2017 in a home contest versus Notre Dame.

Freshman right side Camryn Huber had 13 blocks for CU while Heck and freshman middle hitter Sheridan Herron each had 11 blocks over the two-match stretch.

During the Concord Classic, freshman setter Imani Rodgers registered her first career double-double versus Lees-McRae. Rodgers went for 15 assists and 10 digs—her only match this season with double-digit digs.

The Mountain Lions have won 13 straight matches over Glenville State while only dropping two sets dating back to 2011.

Heck has put up some stellar numbers in her career versus the Pioneers. In six career matches, the Huntington, West Virginia native has 53 kills, 18 blocks and a hitting percentage of .538 while hitting into just four errors.

Last season, Pranckus had two impressive performances against Glenville State as she notched 21 kills and a hitting percentage of .439.

Pranckus and senior outside hitter Ellie Lawrence both had double-doubles in the match.

In 2016, the Mountain Lions and Bobcats went to five sets with Concord pulling out the narrow victory inside the Rockefeller Center.

Then-sophomore libero Erin Shannon had 34 digs in the match while Pranckus recorded a career-best 28 digs.
