ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University volleyball team will its hold Senior Night 7:00 p.m. Friday when Glenville State visits the Carter Center. On Saturday, the program will have its annual Dig Pink Match as it plays West Virginia Wesleyan at 1:00 p.m.

RECORDS
The Mountain Lions enter their final two home matches of the season at 4-20 overall and 1-8 in the Mountain East Conference.
Glenville State is also 1-8 in the league and 5-12 in 2018.
The Bobcats have a record of 4-16 overall and 3-6 versus MEC foes.

Ellie Lawrence and senior outside hitter
Alexi Pranckus will be recognized.
The trio of players have been three of the most successful over their time in the Maroon and Gray.
Heck is the all-time leader in hitting percentage at Concord with a career mark of .316—the only player in program history to be above .300 for a career. Earlier this season, Heck became the fifth player to reach 1,000 career kills at Concord. The Huntington, West Virginia native passed
Brytni Willis for third on the all-time kills list at CU last weekend and now has 1,140 for her career.
Additionally, Heck is eighth in all-time blocks at Concord and needs four more to move into seventh as she has 282 in her career. During her sophomore season, Heck became the first player under head coach
Kate Dillon to earn first team all-conference and was also the first since 2001 to earn the distinction.
After missing the 2015 season due to injury, Lawrence has been one of the most productive players for the Mountain Lions. The Newport News, Virginia native has 601 kills, 459 digs and 104 blocks during her career.
Lawrence has notched at least 200 kills in her first two seasons at Concord and is on pace to reach the mark once again in 2018. Furthermore, Lawrence has hit at least .165 in each of her three seasons including a .213 mark this year. For her effort, Lawrence is ranked eighth in career hitting percentage at CU with a .186 average.
At the end of September, Pranckus reached 1,000 career digs as she has now amassed 1,041 digs. Only eight other players have reach 1,000 career digs in program history including junior defensive specialist
Erin Shannon. Pranckus also ranks sixth in career kills with 930.
The only other player in program history to reach 1,000 kills and 1,000 digs is Willis.
Heck, Lawrence and Pranckus have combined to play in 347 matches over their career including Heck and Pranckus each playing in 125.
Concord looks to down Glenville State and West Virginia Wesleyan after dropping a match to each on the road to open up MEC play September 14-15.

Camryn Huber had six kills to pace the Mountain Lions at Wesleyan while Heck and Pranckus each had five. CU lost to the Bobcats in three sets.
At Glenville State, Lawrence had nine kills to lead Concord Heck tallied seven kills while Huber and freshman middle hitter
Sheridan Herron each had seven. Concord fell in four sets to the Pioneers.
DIG PINK DAY
Throughout this week, the Concord Student-Athlete Advisory Committee has been raffling off Dig Pink t-shirts with proceeds going towards Make-A-Wish. Tickets will also be sold during both matches with the winners being announced Saturday.
A donation table will be set up inside the Carter Center to give to the Concord SAAC and Make-A-Wish.
WEST VIRGINIA WESLEYAN AT A GLANCE
Libero Hannah Bradford had 31 digs in the win versus Concord earlier this season.
The Bobcats are averaging 16.7 digs per set—fourth best in the MEC this season.
The top hitter for Wesleyan is Ebonie Hicks who is hitting .258, but has just 119 kills.
GLENVILLE STATE AT A GLANCE
The Pioneers have the worst hitting percentage in the conference at .112.
In its last seven matches, Glenville State has won just two sets—one each versus Wesleyan and West Liberty.
Madison Gargus has 503 of GSC's 607 assists on the season.
