URBANA, Ohio- The Concord University men's soccer team fell on the road to Urbana 7-0 in Mountain East Conference action on Thursday afternoon.Â
Concord falls to 2-3 on the season, while Urbana improves to 3-1-1.
Urbana came out scoring early, after Raphael Northoff scored two goals just a little over a minute apart in the sixth and seventh minute for an early 2-0 lead. UU added two more goals in the 20th and 24th minute to take a 4-0 halftime advantage. The Blue Knights added three more goals in the second half to round out the scoring.  Â
Overall, Urbana outshot Concord 15-4, with 11 of those shots on target. Freshman forward
Jack Garwood mustered Concord's lone shot on target. Â
CU returns home to face West Virginia Wesleyan on Sunday. Kickoff is scheduled for 3 P.M.
