ATHENS, W.Va. – The Concord University men's soccer team will travel to Notre Dame College for its final road contest of the season at 2:00 p.m. Saturday.

RECORDS
• Concord is 2-11-1 this season overall and has a mark of 2-8 in the Mountain East Conference.

• The Falcons enter the game with a 9-3-2 overall record and are 6-2-2 in the league.

MOUNTAIN LION NOTES
• Concord is coming off a 2-1 road win over Urbana in which senior defender Cameron Russell scored his first game of the season off of freshman midfielder Maximillian Simpson's corner kick with junior midfielder Joe Sweet also recording the assist.

• Simpson registered Concord's first goal of the season to notch his first career multi-point game.

• Junior goalkeeper Mitchell Thompson made a season-high 10 saves to preserve the one-goal win. In fact, Thompson has six or more saves in nine of his 11 starts this season.

• Thompson is second in the conference in saves per game (6.1) while freshman midfielder Adam Carnwath ranks seventh in the MEC in assists per game (0.3).

• Carnwath needs just one more assist to move into eighth place for career assists at CU.

• By playing in tomorrow's game, senior defender Cole Cloonan will break the career record for games played at Concord. Cloonan is currently tied for first with Sebastian Escobar and Tyler Farrar at 68 games played.

SCOUTING NOTRE DAME
• NDC's Ryan Ware leads the MEC in total shots per game (3.69).

• Notre Dame has only lost one game since September 20, having put together a mark of 6-1-2 in that time span.

• The Falcons are second in the MEC in goals (37) goals per game (2.6).

UP NEXT
The Mountain Lions will close the regular season Wednesday with a home game against MEC rival Charleston.
