WEST LIBERTY, W. Va. – The Concord University volleyball team lost in three sets at West Liberty University Friday night, 25-23, 25-16 and 25-20.
The loss, Concord's fourth in a row, drops the Mountain Lions' record to 7-10 overall and 0-3 in Mountain East Conference play. West Liberty improves to 7-8 overall and 2-2 in conference matches with the win.

Sarah Jones paced Concord with seven kills, two aces, 11 digs and two blocks. Junior
Brytni Willis chipped in five kills and three blocks while senior
Rebecca Lovejoy added three kills and three blocks of her own in the defeat.

Amanda Walker added to her league-high ace total with two more Friday to go with eight assists and seven digs. Classmate
Nikki McMillan led CU with 12 assists and just missed a double-double with eight digs.
Other contributors for Concord against the Hilltoppers included juniors
Whytni Willis and
Lindsey Smith. Willis had three blocks, giving her a new career-high of 18 on the year, while Smith came up with nine digs, narrowly missing her eighth 10-dig match of the season.
Peyton Miller led West Liberty to the win with a match-best 10 kills.
Concord will play four home matches next week starting with a contest vs. UVa.-Wise 7:00 p.m. Tuesday.
