Women's Soccer Falls to Tusculum, 3-0

GREENEVILLE, Tenn. - The Concord University's women's soccer team was defeated by Tusculum College (2-1-0), 3-0 at Pioneer Field on Tuesday evening.

The Mountain Lions (0-2-1) got off two shots during the game, one by Alyanna James and the other by Kari Simon. Goalkeeper Kaitlyn Wasylko recorded a season high 11 saves.

Concord's defense worked hard on the field against the Pioneers, Tusculum was only able to convert on 3 of the 30 shots taken by them.

Concord will be playing in their first conference game of the season against West Virginia Wesleyan Saturday at 7 p.m. at Wood Street Park in Buckhannon, W. Va.
