MILLERSVILLE, Pa. - The Concord University Mountain Lions volleyball team ended the Millersville Marauder Clash Tournament with a win on Saturday. CU went 1-1 on Saturday to make their overall record 2-2.
Concord fell with a loss against East Stroudsburg University (1-3) Saturday morning. They took one set from the Warriors with the scores being - 18-25, 14-25, 25-21, and 23-25.
Saturday afternoon the Mountain Lions avenged their morning loss with a win over Wilmington University (3-2). The match went to five sets. CU got the win with scores of 26-24, 26-28, 23-25, 25-19, and 15-11.
Concord will be hosting their first home match of the season on Tuesday September 4th vs. UVA Wise. The first set is scheduled to begin at 6 p.m. in the Carter Center.
