CU WORKS THROUGH CHANGING WEATHER FOR THREE WEEKEND WINS

Playing in conditions that were both winter- and spring-like, Concord's baseball team won three of four games in its non-conference series against Notre Dame College (OH) last weekend at Linda K. Epling Stadium in Beckley.

The Mountain Lions split a seven-inning doubleheader on Saturday, winning the first game 15-0 and dropping the nightcap 4-1.  Concord came back to sweep Sunday's seven-inning twinbill Sunday, 6-5 and 5-2, with the first game lasting eight innings.
