ATEHNS, W. Va. - The Concord University women's basketball team will look to extend its two-game winning streak when it goes on the road for the first time this season in WVIAC play 5:15 p.m. Tuesday vs. Alderson-Broaddus.
MOUNTAIN LION NOTES
• Concord leads the all-time series vs. Alderson-Broaddus 13-8 and has controlled the series recently, winning eight of the last 10 contests against the Battlers.
• CU has won its last two games, defeating WV Tech and Pitt-Johnstown at home to even its overall this record this season to 2-2.
• Junior guard
Amanda Smith had a terrific week for Concord. She led the Mountain Lions to the two victories, and was named the WVIAC's Player of the Week, after she averaged 25.9 points per game, 7.5 rebounds per game, 1.5 steals per game and 1.5 assists per game while shooting 59 percent (23-for-39) from the floor.
• Smith's 30 points vs. WV Tech is tied for the highest single-game output this season among WVIAC players.
• Sophomore guard Stephanie Wagner has passed out five assists in a game twice this season. For the year she is averaging a team-high four assists per game and is second on the team in scoring at 13.5 points per game.
• Coming off of a career-day vs. Pitt-Johnstown, sophomore forward
Rachel Artrip leads Concord in rebounds and is third in scoring with per game averages of 6.0 rebounds and 9.8 points per game.

Jacqueline Kestner had a career-best four steals to go with six rebounds in Concord's victory vs. Pitt-Johnstown.
• As a team, Concord boasts a turnover margin of +3.5.
• The Mountain Lions have made 20 of their last 24 foul shots.
The Coaches: Kenny Osborne is in his 13th season as Concord's head coach. Osborne has tallied a record of 185-160 (.536) at CU. Osborne is 197-175 (.529) for his career as a head coach.
Josh Allen is in his seventh season as Alderson-Broaddus' head coach. Allen is 37-129 (.223) in his time with the Battlers.
